Nang Kwak (Thai: นางกวัก) is a spirit or household divinity of Thai folklore. She is deemed to bring good fortune, prosperity, attract customers to a business, and found among merchants.
Nang Kwak is the goddess of Fortune in Thai Myth and is considered to be an amulet. Typically, Nang Kwak is made in the form of a woman wearing Thai traditional attire and ornaments. Nang Kwak sit with legs folded back to one side. The left hand is placed on the lap and the right hand is raised at the shoulder level in a posture to beckon something. It is believed that Nang Kwak calls the wealth and is respected highly by Thai merchants because many believed that Nang Kwak will attract more customers to buy goods in the shop
